How Is Holy Communion Administered?

Holy Communion is given in two forms, Bread and Wine, which are the Body and Blood of Christ. Holy Communion is administered by Intinction, which means that the Sacred Host is dipped into the Consecrated Wine and placed on the tongue. Only Priests and Deacons are allowed to administer the Eucharist.
